Therapy sessions are held in person on a one-to-one basis. The environment is friendly, relaxed and is a safe space for us to explore any issues together.
Therapy sessions are held online via an encrypted platform (WhatsApp/Facetime or Zoom). Sessions are confidential and conducted in private. We ask that clients do the same to ensure their session is disruption free.
