Re:connect is a therapeutic, group wellness programme designed for adults (18+), delivered by a team of therapists, wellbeing practitioners and creative mentors.

Over the course of 8 weeks, our team will navigate the group through a series of creative and informative, personal growth workshops. You'll learn how to reconnect with your disconnected self, adopt simple practices and lifestyle changes that can help you to improve your mental health and overall wellbeing.

GROUP SUPPORT

Come together in a group environment, a supportive community. This type of connection can have many benefits as it offers a support network and provides the opportunity to meet others experiencing similar concerns. Together with the therapist and the other group members you will be encouraged to share your experiences and work on understanding yourself better.

BREATHWORK
With Sarah @ Reborn Yoga

The breath is our vital life force. It has the power to heal and transmute disease, reduce stress, anxiety and increase both emotional and mental balance. 
We’ll work with a range of simple breathing techniques from calming to energising, detoxifying to mind expanding. You’ll learn how simple adjustments to the way in which you breathe supports self-regulation and inner healing helping you to cope in moments of challenge and change whilst optimising your overall health and wellbeing.

Discover the relationship between mental health and food. A delicious and exciting session that will inspire you to try a range of yummy recipes containing nutrients required to naturally elevate mood and reduce anxiety.
Learn about the biochemistry in food and the impact that it has on your mood, focus, ability to sleep and energy levels, as well as cognitive function in general.
