Mindfulness is a powerful practice that you can harness in your everyday life and feel the positive impacts, almost immediately.

On this 8-week online mindfulness course you will explore your brain and its habits, thought patterns, ways of thinking and learn new ways to approach your days with kindness and compassion.

Mindfulness meditation helps us to reconnect with ourselves. It allows us to take back control of our attention, giving us moment-to-moment awareness that generates a more vibrant sense of living.

Alan Creedon

Alan has trained with the Mindfulness Association and now teaches Mindfulness Based Living Courses.

He has developed a passion for liberating the mind from oppressive thoughts through brain training practice and is now combining his learnings to bring deeper nature and mindfulness experiences to people, designed for the challenging world we now live in.
